remember how we hired a company to take of our raccoon problem and they caught several possums, raccoons and cats? (by leaving the traps on the side of the house. we don't have cats in our attic). well....after all that i was still hearing things upstairs and what did the professional tell me?
"sorry! there's too many ways for them to get in - there's nothing i can do to help you. "
and just a few months ago i was so proud of the fact that my house is almost 100 years old. now? not so much.
so we're taking matters into our own hands. as of today we're the proud owners of a live animal raccoon trap. when it arrives in a week we'll stick some sardines in there and see what happens. i'm really not sure what we (*TJ) will do if we actually catch one. i guess we can cross that bridge when we come to it!

Hi Danielle-
Thanks for stopping by. The recipe is in the previous post.
We caught Opossums in our garage. A mama and a baby. Steve trapped them in a desk and they "stayed" there. Steve threw the whole desk away. They were always ripping in our garbage and tearing things up. It's sad but......
Steve is not the best animal lover ever....hence we have no pets except our kids. Poor kids. ha
I've heard of possum stew -- you could try raccoon stew??!!! If not stew, here's a link for different recipe's you could try
