Rafting in the rainforest in Costa Rica. After two days of rapids, we jumped out and floated through this - it was totally surreal. 
(if you click on the photos they'll come up bigger - tj makes some pretty funny faces. i mostly looked terrified the whole time.)

and you guys know how to vacation! I'm taking notes. This one might make an appearance as one of our vacations down the road!
