A perfect kind of day

Picnic lunch in the park. All this independent little boy wants to do is run around. He'd make sure to stop in every once in awhile to get fed, then he'd be right back off to do his own thing, as far away from us as possible.

His new favorite thing to do is wave at every car as they pass by. Probably the cutest thing you'll see today.

So in love

Wells shows his affection (to stuffed animals...other children...) by sitting on them. If he lays on you, that's when you know you're really in. Howard is a stowaway from our trip to England and he gets more kisses and snuggles than TJ and I combined. Actually we come in 3rd and 4th after Baxter (his other, smaller stuffed dog). We're trying not to take it personally.

A couple days in Positano

When this is the view from your balcony the only real option is to take a bazillion photos of it. 

When we could tear ourselves away from the view, we sailed down the coast to visit Amalfi and Ravello, and went swimming around Li Galli Islands.  

A couple days in Rome
