snow day
houston is having a snow day today. the fact that it never actually snowed is not important. so we are stuck at home snuggled on the couch watching old movies this morning. does it get any better than that?

After a month of yoga, look what I can do!
For context - before I started I could only stretch as far as my upper shins. On a good day. Hopefully after another month I'll have something slightly more impressive to share.
Hairspray Fail
Today I was told that my hairspray smelled like Chinese food.
That's going in the bin then.

This time it was deep fried cinnamon-apple bread pudding with salted caramel sauce from a street food truck. mmmmmm. Makes me excited for the Rodeo to be back.
